Monday to Friday - 35 hours
Location: John Smiths Brewery, Tadcaster

Right now we're looking for an outstanding Draught Dispense Executive to join the On Trade Sales Support Team.

The Role

In this role you will assist the Technical Services Contract Manager in providing a complete, efficient and professional support service for all Technical Services activity. The role will also include implementing changes to current processes and new developments from the Draught Quality and Dispense Team within defined parameters. You will also drive and manage the Technical Services agenda in line with the Draught Beer Policy.

The Draught Dispense Executive will be responsible for all On Trade Technical Services processes and reporting for key contract partners/customers, including the Smart Dispense contracts, admin and billing. You will ensue all records are maintained and accurate for National Groups and Brewers for Fair Keg and approve recharging internally/externally for Technical Services activity in line with the Draught Beer Policy.

To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record in a customer service/sales environment with excellent knowledge of and ability to use nominated software packages including Microsoft office, Excel, Power point and Lotus Notes. You will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally and multi task a varied workload. You will ensure company policy and procedures are adhered to at all time and look for ways to continually improve on current processes and ways of working.
