North East (Newcastle, Darlington, Sunderland, Durham, Northumberland, Leeds)

Function: On Trade / STAR Pubs
Location: Field Based
Salary: £30,000-50,000 (dependant on experience and role) + Plus 35 days' holiday, Bonus (35% annual), Company Car, Phone, Laptop, Double Matched Pension (up to 10%), Life Assurance (x5 salary), Private Healthcare, Monthly Heineken Product Allowance and much more

The Event

The event gives you're the opportunity to speak to some of the leaders in our sales teams in an informal and relaxed environment, giving you a chance to find our more about the culture within Heineken UK and what it's like to work for us.

The main purpose of the day is to meet and connect with you so that we can keep you on our talent banks for when vacancies come up. The people we choose to add to our talent bank will be given exclusive access to any new vacancies and will have the opportunity to interview for them before they are advertised (meaning less competition!)

The Role

Our On Trade business is a fast moving and vibrant environment and we know that as our business continues to evolve it's our people that really make the difference. We are now looking for progressive and enthusiastic sales professionals who are interested in future opportunities in our On Trade sales team in the North East. Whilst we may not have positions immediately available, due to internal promotions and business changes we are preparing for the future and are keen to meet the brightest and best talent that the North East has to offer!

We're looking for people who could truly excel as HEINEKENs face of beer & cider with our customers across our On Trade outlets including, direct, indirect, wholesale and stadia customers. You'd be working in partnership with our existing and new customers, discussing our fantastic portfolio of brands to carefully craft strategic plans that will increase the availability and appeal of our market leading brands for consumers.

This is a field based role so you'd plan your days around customer visits and calls in your area and you'll meet your team for regular sessions to share and discuss ideas and align on plans and participate in our world class training and development programmes.
