Continental shifts: 4 on 4 off, (2 x 7am – 7pm, 2 x 7pm – 7am)

What's the role?

Our Manchester brewing teams are first rate and responsible for producing five hundred million litres per year of Heineken®, Foster's, and Kronenbourg 1664. As a Shift Manager, you will be leading a shift of up to 12 to deliver the Brewing KPI targets for the department. With the roles main focus on safety, you will need a continuous improvement mindset that will help us drive our continuous improvement methodologies (we use TPM) throughout our culture, creating a high-performance environment.

What are we looking for?

As we increase the complexity of our products, we also increase the expectations of our People Managers. You will be the leader we're looking for, self-motivated and positive, ready to engage and lead a team of experienced technical operators, ensuring they have the right skills, behaviours, development and support to deliver exceptional operational results.

We are looking for inspirational leaders with previous experience in production (preferably previous Brewing experience), however, this is a people manager role and requires an individual who exhibits the behaviours outlined in our Leadership Expectations:
