HEINEKEN Project Manager - Operational Systems Change – (Data & Digital) - Manchester

It's important to note though that we are not looking for an IT purist, rather our projects relate to our manufacturing operations - so we need someone with an operational management or engineering background who has a flair and passion for new technology where they can blend in digital improvements to make the life of our operators much easier.

Base of £64,000 plus 15% Flexible Benefits (can be taken as cash, benefits or a mix), annual performance bonus and a double matched award winning pension

The Role

Leading a team of 3 site-based data analysts, this role sits within the Supply Chain Support team supporting our Brewery Operations across the UK. This is a critical role where you will take the lead in defining and establishing the IT (process control domain) part of the UK Brewing Operations strategy, delivering the appropriate IT processes and an integrated IT landscape. As a Project Manager, you will know that the emphasis will be on gathering information, shaping, networking, collaborating and influencing across all levels.

What we are looking for?

Ideally, someone who has qualifications relevant to operational management within an FMCG environment, but what is most important to this role is your passion and experience for implementing new IT Solutions within an operational business. Due to the nature of the projects you will be managing we do need someone who has strong project management skills, you'll need to have some commercial experience with budget responsibility for either projects and work stream budget management.

What can we offer you?

Firstly, you'd be working for a company who has a real focus on communities - and that focus would give you a very satisfying sense of purpose in your own role.

We offer an award-winning double matched pension (up to 10% from HEINEKEN), a discretionary performance bonus, private health insurance, subsidised on-site canteen facilities, a case of our delicious products every month (can be accrued) plus a number of other perks included in your package.
