The Role

Reporting into the Finance Manager we are looking for a part qualified accountant to create first-class commercial reporting and value-adding analytical insight to ensure robust execution of Heineken UK's commercial plans. This role will primarily be focussed on executing relevant and robust reporting for the On Trade Commercial Teams.

You will lead the month end reporting cycle for the On-trade and contribute to the intra-year forecasting. Your responsibilities will also include continuously improving the reporting landscape and challenge the status quo to eliminate waste and find efficiencies.

You will aim to innovate reporting, create accurate & useful information for decision making in Management Teams. You will also look for opportunities to move Excel-based reporting to other platforms such as Power BI.

About You

You will be part qualified working towards your CIMA / ACCA / ICA with 1 – 2 years' commercial experience in FMCG finance or similar industry with advanced excel skills. Knowledge/experience of Power BI would be ideal but not essential.

You will be able to independently reach logically sound conclusions to routine problems (based on precedent and experience) using some analysis, manipulation, interpretation and presentation of results and you will also be able to solve escalated problems involving the analysis of factual information.

With good stakeholder management experience, you will have in-depth knowledge of processes and standards based on technical proficiency.
