We've ambitious goals. And we know it's the expertise and enthusiasm of our people that fuels our growth. Right now we're looking for an outstanding Brand Unit Director for Cider to join our Marketing Leadership Team.

The Role

Reporting into the UK Marketing Director, the Brand unit Director for Cider will be a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team in Heineken UK, responsible for driving the commercial and people agenda for the function. You'll lead a talented multi-functional team to deliver sustainable profitable growth from HUK's enviable Cider portfolio which includes Strongbow, Old Mout, Orchard Thieves and Bulmers, and to be the single point of accountability for the brands within the organization, driving the brands' agenda accordingly.

We are looking for an innovative and passionate marketeer with an inspirational leadership style who can develop the 3-5 year portfolio strategy for our four key cider brands, developing a clear commercial strategy for the brands in our main sales channels covering pricing, promotion and distribution strategies whilst maintaining a ‘can-do' attitude. You'll deliver and communicate annual commercial brand plans to senior stakeholders including liaising with key global HQ contacts in Amsterdam and pioneer and champion the data driven marketing agenda.

As a true leader, you will also act as a talent magnet to attract high calibre talent to join our business whilst inspiring and developing your teams to reach their full potential.
