The Role

Each generation has drunk less alcohol than the one before it. We're embracing this changing world by including Low and No Alcohol (LONO) beverages within our portfolio. There are already 4 million consumers of Low and No Alcohol products and 14 million consumers who don't drink any alcohol at all. This is a big opportunity. Let's make it BIG!

We want to build a winning portfolio of Low & No alcohol products to provide more options for those who want the taste of a refreshing beverage without the alcohol. We have successfully launched Heineken 0.0, Birra Moretti 0.0 and Old Mout No Alcohol Cider but we want to expand the range to suit the tastes of even more consumers and for more occasions.

Reporting into the new Senior Brand Manager for Low & No Alcohol, the assistant brand manager is responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of a winning Low & No Alcohol portfolio that drives category growth and promotes incremental sales whilst acting as a LNA guardian and advocate throughout the HUK business.

Key responsibilities include supporting the senior brand manager in developing business cases and managing innovation projects from concept to shelf, managing the delivery of activation plans in collaboration with brand and trade marketing teams and developing an internal communications programme aimed to inform colleagues of brand plans and progress.
