The Role

As a critical part of our Customer Service & Logistics team, this role is responsible for the review, expedition and management of supply for Third Party Drinks into the Heineken distribution network. Using your strong analytical skills, you will be reviewing a large amount of data and making decisions on optimum replenishment levels using our internal APO & SAP IT systems.

With a strong customer focus, you will be working with our external suppliers and logistics partner KNDL to support availability. This needs to be balanced with ensuring our stock obsolescence budget cost targets are adhered to and improved on. Action oriented and able to prioritise, you will be keen to identify and implement specific opportunities that will lead to more cost effective relationships with designated suppliers.

The successful candidate needs to be able to prioritise their workload, collaborate with key stakeholders, and demonstrate consistent attention to detail whilst having a resilient approach and be used to working in a large team. You will be accountable for spending millions of pounds per annum, so taking ownership of decision making is a key requirement. You will be keen to identify and implement specific opportunities that will lead to more cost effective relationships with designated suppliers.
