The Role

Reporting into the Commerce IT Business Manager you will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of high-quality application solutions that are in line with overall IT strategy and supports the realisation of specific projects and business objectives.

You will work across the portfolio of projects to ensure all impacts to the Architecture Domain are taken into account and deliver a high-quality project design, build and test culture.

Part of your responsibility will be to ensure that the solutions delivered are of high quality, meets stated business objectives/requirements/issue/risk and escalation management standards of solution delivery. You will be ultimately accountable for the quality of these deliverables.

You will build valuable proactive relationships with software and consulting partners to understand future technology trends and define their relevance and potential value to Heineken UK developing robust value propositions for investments whilst assuming overall accountability for all solution selection activities across projects ensuring solution selection meets stated architecture direction, and ensure a clear operating model for ongoing application management is defined retaining overall accountability irrespective of the delivery model.

You will be aligned to Heineken's UK's On-Trade, Off-Trade and Marketing areas.

About You

You will have Solution Architecture and Design experience, previously supporting ERP / CRM implementation, change or integration projects across the Architecture Domain. You may have previous experience with Trade Promotion Management systems & processes and will have experience of creating strategic roadmaps across the Architecture Domain Integration experience across ERP modules.

With demonstrable experience of successful digital and/or Marketing transformation initiatives you will have strong Business Process knowledge/experience in Architecture Domain, you will have a collaborative and influential approach to stakeholder management with both Business and IT, have demonstrable program management and project governance capability, you will be a people leader, with coaching and mentoring experience, you will have worked in multi-project, matrix management environment and you will also have the ability to work in a local, regional and global context.
