Our team of 15 Credit Controllers are each aligned to a regional area of the UK and will build strong ongoing relationships with our leased pub operators collect payment for drinks orders and rent. Working closely with our field-based Business Development Managers and Regional Operations Directors, you will ensure that the right commercial decisions are taken to keep our pubs sustainable and minimise credit risk.

You will ideally have experience in an FMCG or property lettings environment, but most important is your ability to hold confident and robust conversations, work to targets and maintain accurate records.

This is a busy, interesting and varied role which is right at the heart of our business. As part of an experienced team, you will receive comprehensive training and regular feedback in monthly 1 to 1s with your manager. Your ideas for process improvement are always welcome and there are opportunities for career development which is supported and encouraged.
